LGS Account

Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Langwieder Global Solutions (LGS), Dubai, runs LGS Account and decides what happens with the data in it. LGS Account is the one login for the LGS apps. Each app keeps its own data and has its own privacy notice.

What is collected about you

Your email, your name, your password (kept scrambled, nobody can read it), your authenticator set up, which LGS apps you have, and when you sign in. If you run the admin console: your console role and a history of the client changes you make. Changes to who has which app or console role are written in a change list with the old and the new value, who and when. A client company's contact email may be kept on its client record. Nothing is collected from visitors who do not sign in.

What goes to the apps

When you open an app, LGS Account sends it a signed one time note with your email, your name and which apps you have, so you do not sign in twice. For client records, the admin console sends the company name, logo, brand colour, size, industry, profile and licence to the apps the client has. No company figures are kept here.

Why

To give you one secure way into the LGS apps and to keep one client record for all of them. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for marketing, and no AI reads your data.

Where it is kept

In the European Union, Frankfurt (database and servers), encrypted when stored and when sent.

How long

Your sign in is kept while you have access to at least one LGS app. When a client leaves, LGS deletes its record. You can ask for your own data to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or get a copy of it, at any time. Write to solutions@langwieder-global.com. Deleting removes your sign in, name, app access and console role; history lines stay as LGS records with no name on them. Ask in each app too, because each keeps its own data.

Laws and standards

UAE Personal Data Protection Law and EU GDPR, followed. ISO 27001 information security and ISO 22301 business continuity practice, used as guides: LGS is not certified to either.
